I'm not sure how many people in these parts know about the things being planned over at Whedonesque.org to thank the cast and crew before they strike the sets and everyone parts ways (*sob*), but I thought I'd mention them here for people who don't visit that site and want to participate. We're such a passionate bunch, I thought you'd all want to know.

1. A cake is being sent to the set, and donations are being accepted to help pay for it. Anything left over is being donated to Equality Now. There's a thread discussing it, as well as some polls regarding style and such, here. Pertinent info is in the first post. The cake is being delivered on or about November 27th, however the deadline for donations is December 7th.

2. A card is also being sent with the cake. Signatures are being collected here. You do not have to donate to the cake fund to have your name on the card, having watched the show (and being involved in the fandom like we all are) is all that is required. The deadline for signatures is 11/23 11:59pm (or 12:00a.m. on 11/24) USA Pacific Standard Time (UTC -8). That's today!

3. A bindery book of thanks. If you'd like to create a page to be included in the book, page specs and such are here. It'd be awesome to have a page devoted to our favourite pair. Anyone up for that? Or perhaps already made one? Also, the last page will have a "To Remember" page of pictures, a la Epitaph One. You can submit your picture for that page, and a one line message if you like.
