I realized earlier that there is a bunch of their interaction that I don't have committed to memory, or even really recall that distinctly! So I busted out my DVDs and did some rewatching. Which somehow turned into ... DVD ripping so it could be shared with the whole world? But oh man oh man, these two are so great! Let us commence in a squee party for their old school awesomeness.

So there is a draft of Tim Minear's Getting Closer script online over here.

It shows some really interesting changes made between the written draft and the aired episode, and is well worth a read. Of course, because I'm obsessive, I picked out the most relevant DeWitt/Dominic sequences and FLAILED about them over here.

An Official DeWitt/Dominic Celebration Week!!



Okay, dollsome, in her infinite awesomeness, has come up with a brilliant idea that I may just hijack for the dewitt_dominic comm, assuming there is interest. 'Cause let's face it, we've got some seriously talented people in this comm. Artists and writers and enthusiastic fans. Why not harness that for evil? Friday, January 22nd is the series finale of Dollhouse. I thought the full week prior, we could have a special celebration week.

Something along the lines of:

Plan A: This would involve two to three people signing up to do one DeWitt/Dominic related thing each, on a specific day. What sort of things? Icon collection, picspams, fanmix, vid, drawing, mood theme, wallpaper, collection of Olivia and/or Reed interviews, etc. Sign-ups would be necessary to claim days.

Sunday, Jan 17th - Fanart (Wallpapers, banners, mood themes, and icons)
Monday, Jan 18th - Meta/Discussion
Tuesday, Jan 19th - Fanmixes
Wednesday, Jan 20th - Wild Card
Thursday, Jan 21st - Music Vids
Friday, Jan 22nd - Fics

People make their contributions and post on the appropriate day(s).
