I have been wanting to do this for awhile, and what better reason than the comm's birthday? :D

On this day, two years ago, the community dewitt_dominic emerged from the ashes of the most magnificent Dollhouse episode, "A Spy in the House of Love". It was a strange time for the fandom - the ship was basically Jossed from that point - how can you ship a ship when you only have nine episodes to pick apart for text and subtext? When the other half of the pairing is missing? When the show seems to be fated for cancellation?

Despite all of these, the fandom grew and the community flourished. Two seasons, two celebration weeks, 3 moderators, 552 journal entries, 3,219 comments, 14 affiliates, 96 tags 100000 fanvids to Lady Gaga songs, a sort-of acknowledgment from Reed and Olivia, and 187 members later, we're still going strong. A quiet community-- but strong.

Thank you to definitionary for creating the comm and thank you to irony_rocks for being our fearless leader. Without the two of you, we would all be lost-- literally speaking because there wouldn't be any comm for us to go to. ♥

Also, thank you to Joss Whedon, Olivia Williams and Reed Diamond. Because without those three, we wouldn't have this fandom. ♥

AND OF COURSE, ALL OF YOU GUYS WHO MADE THIS COMMUNITY SO AWESOME!♥
