Title: Road Trip Part 10/12
Author’s Note Number 1: This fic is done but the editing process is proving slow due to real life interventions and a significant time difference. However, we do plan to post at least twice weekly. The story is AU but, with a bit of a squint, it can be fit between E1 and E2.
Rating: R (language and sexual situations)
Author:
morgan72uk and
rogoblue
Summary: Dominic and Adelle clamber over a few other obstacles to their developing relationship.
Words: 7,600
Spoilers: Seasons 1 and 2.
Disclaimers: The toys are Joss Whedon’s. The idea is ours.
Author’s Note Number 2: This story was written in this manner. Portions told from Adelle DeWitt’s point of view were written by
morgan72uk and those told from Laurence Dominic’s point of view (including Dominic’s thoughts inserted on rare occasions into Adelle’s section) by
rogoblue. As a result, we decided to leave the UK spelling in Adelle’s section and Americanized spelling in Dominic’s sections.
Sounds good in theory, Adelle, but I’m not sure what it means in practice.
