Okay, so, on the Doctor Who finale last week, Amy and Rory totally got their D/D on -- they were straight up doing a D/D impression, I declare (and, fun fact: Steven Moffat loves Dollhouse! So, we're all onto him) -- and all I wanted to do was come over here and flail about it. He called her ma'am and was pretty much head of (Silents-containing ... ?) security! She was badass and in charge! Their love was repressed and unspoken! They powerwalked!

Seriously, girl. You're tempting to watch Doctor Who just for this because 1) DeWitt/Dominic; 2) Rory in that military outfit is so hot and reminds me of Dominic's action!man outfit here--

I have a question for this episode-- is this really alternate universe Amy and Rory who don't know/love each other yet or is this some sort of hybrid Amy and Rory with gaps in their memories or whatnot?

HEE, you made the perfect amount of sense for Doctor Who watching. :D It's an alternate universe where they don't remember each other, but have an ~inherent sense of trust, compatibility, & devotion & powerwalking~.

All the DW S3-6 knowledge I have came from either tumblr, io9, or the Doctor Who wiki. lol

They haven't mastered the powerwalk, it seems (no one powerwalks the way Dewitt and Dominic powerwalks).

Or, well, to be more specific, Amy has gaps in her memory, so she knows her husband is out there somewhere, but she doesn't know who he is.

Hmm. Interesting.

I'm also kinda interested with this River Song chick (lawlz. Sorry)

Also, I just noticed the watermark on the Amy/Rory gif. It made me lol. haha. Very Ood. Hahahahaha!

I keep staring at my unfinished fic and smacking my head ino a metaphorical wall. Which may soon be a real wall.

I.. I have found a new fandom. Battlestar Galactica. (the new one, though I'm going to go back and watch the old) Definitely not leaving behind Dollhouse and D/D though, I've got too much I want to do with those characters.. The massive pile of stuff I've got that's just the beginning keeps taunting me when I see it.

And I still don't have a computer for which to access that podcast.. Is it perchance available on itunes?

I signed up for the het big bang with a D/D fic, and I had it all planned out, but I had to drop out because it was too massive and... massive. haha. I'm still planning on finishing it. Just because. Haha ♥

Ooh, Battlestar Galactica. I loved that show. Had issues with the finale and some of the episodes before that, but it's an awesome, magnificent beast of a show. Also, I love the women of BSG. ♥ (also, Shirtless Tahmoh and Naked Jamie every other episode. haha)

I had a D/D hetbigbang fic too. I ended up not finishing due to the fact I've been making it up as I go along, and I also had a bit of RL worry distracting me. My beta is still willing to help me out though, so I'll finish it soon-ish.

There were some weak points to the end, I agree, but overall I loved it to bits. Also, Adama/Roslin has made me squealy-happy-terribly-depressed shippy mush.

Funny thing is, BSG was also the fandom that I got into right after Dollhouse. I love how the A/R fandom is so big (so many fics to read, which is totally shipper heaven for me)!

It is! I've joined five comms and four of them are exclusive A/R xD And I'm still finding new places where fic for them pops up.

It's funny, but I'm pretty sure they're the first legit canon pairing I've wtitten for...

So, I'm back in law school, still on the fringes of the Fringe fandom. Currently watching Person of Interest (I can't seem to say no to JJ Abrams' shows), I have not gone to the moon, and I had skirmishes on Tumblr (about plagiarism and art 'stealing' lol).

I may have a bit of a problem when it comes to letting go of this community (except, no not really. BECAUSE I'LL NEVER LET YOU GO... unless it's time for the Bar exams, then I'll probably have to leave for a while). lol

Arghh, I miss reading Dewitt/Dominic stuff so much.

Does anybody have any recs for a fic in which Dewitt is like a princess who becomes a queen because of an untimely murder, and then Dominic becomes her bodyguard (but he's actually a spy from a rival kingdom or something), and then there is political intrigue and UST and powerwalks, and Dominic fights random shadowy assassins like a boss? No? Anybody?

Like Adelle could totally be a Queen Elizabeth-type figure, except she ends up with Dominic, and I really kind of just want to see him fight off assassins, and their bantering, and both of them staring down intimidatingly at a meeting of unruly and snooty courtiers.

Maybe I secretly just want to see Dominic duel for her honor. Idk, my brain is very strange sometimes with what it does with my fave ships.

This comm was/is absoultely amazing. I haven't techinically found a new fandom but just been investing more in fandoms that I was in previously.

I miss D/D and Dollhouse like mad. D/D spoiled me for every other fandom. T'was perfect.
