I'm kind of new to picspamming, and probably not that good at it. But here are my humbling offerings of the AWESOME!!!!!!!!!
I have .gifs, and it is a picspam so probably not too nice on the dial up. :D
So, I'm opening with Adelle, 'cause she was awesome last night! Because that glare was epic, and look at that double take. It was amazing. She's fantastic.
"Ma'am. A word."
Oh who else has missed the "ma'am."
And of course: POWER WALKING!!!!!! Power walking! We got power walking. I feel spoiled.
"He admitted to it."
"Freely."
"Loudly... and with some pleading."
Their little smiles. They both look so proud. Oh my OTP bonding over torture. I loves 'em.
"Put him back in the attic that's his best hope."
"No, no you bitch I'd rather die."
"Well I'd rather you didn't."
I'll just be over here dying.
First, the touching. THE TOUCHING! I didn't include it, but Adelle's reaction to Dominic touching her was really shocked. And thinking about it, I think it is the first time we've really seen them touch (linearly not episodic, because of course strangulation=love). I don't know how many of you have seen the show Life but in Trap Door with Dani's reaction of "Are you touching me," and then in One the hand brushing, I feel like D/D could go through that same evolution. It makes me happy. Aside from the arm grabbing there is Adelle taking his hand. When I was watching I was so busy squeeing over the words I hadn't realized Dom was still grabbing her arm and I was like, wait, THEY'VE BEEN TOUCHING THIS WHOLE TIME. She only drops his hand at the last moment. And on an Adelle is awesome note look at the way she lets go of his hand, that is some first class awesome there. I love her mannerisms.
Now we have the dialogue (I'm not gonna mention the eye connection stuff 'cause I'll just melt into glee). I would like to point out that Adelle is putting him back, because yes it is the most practical idea for evacuation, but also because it is his best hope. Echo agrees. AND SHE'D RATHER HE DIDN'T DIE! It isn't an admission of love, but at this point in their relationship saying she doesn't want him to die is really pretty impressive.
"You have much to answer for young woman."
"I do?"
"You forced me to come to Arizona. I loathe Arizona."
I mean most of their awesome is non-verbal. BUT IT IS AWESOME NONTHELESS. Their evil smiles when they are sending Caroline upstairs. Oh they're lovely. Especially Dominic's it is so last minute and amazing.
Oh they're just such BAMFs.
