I know, I know. Again. It's a sickness! And this song has always been so obstinately Dean/Castiel-related in my brain, but on some random whim yesterday, I found myself importing it into Windows Movie Maker, and ... voila.

Mostly, I blame the fact that I have been crazy-nostalgic for this ship and you fine folks lately. Sigh!

Having finished with school, I figure I can celebrate by spending all this weird new free time doing profound things like hangin' with Windows Movie Maker. :D I really enjoyed playing around with the song on this one, because could anything be more eerie and atmospheric than Bat for Lashes? I think not!

I swear, this is my last one! Ideally, for a very, very long time. But I have actually wanted to do this one for a long time, because the moment I first heard this song, I was overwhelmed by the applicability. Any little ditty wherein the main message is 'Gosh, you're so cruel and evil -- I love you!' passes the D/D test with flying, sadistic colours. Probably lots of reds in particular. Blood! Sexy office walls!

God, I can't believe our Celebration Weeks are coming to a close already! This has been far and away the most fun I've ever had in an lj community, and this ship has just been such a blast to obsess over & analyze & flail about with you beautiful, beautiful, delightful humans; so much great stuff has been produced over the past two weeks I can't even believe it! Happy wee hours of the morning on fanvid Thursday, y'all! I do not even really know how this came into existence. I blame the fact that I had to spend this evening actually writing a paper. For school. Understandably, having productivity forced upon me in this hellish manner could result in nothing but me throwing myself into Windows Movie Maker's arms in hopes of making the pain go away!

With ... fake credits to our dream Dollhouse prequel series! Whoooooo! I am a girl who knows how to prioritize. And also dream.

( Maybe if we all just wish hard enough, it will become a real show. )

Bwahaha! This is my first foray into, I dunno, quasi-ironic fanvidding. A few nights ago I couldn't sleep, and at four in the morning, nothing seems quite as genius an epiphany as, "I know!! I should make a totally cheesy joke D/D fanmix with songs that fit them hilariously but are completely wrong in terms of tone and, like, musical legit-ness!" This was one of the first ones I came across, and really, sleep-deprived 4 In The Morning Me found this hilarious. Because really, the lyrics to this song are very appropriate!

One thing I really dig about this ship is how it makes nearly all other ships' romantic angst seem very minuscule, in the grand scheme of things. Finn kissed you but stayed with Quinn -- boohoo, Rachel Berry! That's so hard for you.
