I just want to make a post to tell you all how much I miss this community and everybody in it

I'm just really filled with sad longing for these two kids. And us flailing about it.

Heads up!

If you're not a member (or a watcher) of the

oliviawilliams community, currently lives in the UK and would want to see the lovely Olivia Williams on their TVs again, Case Sensitive will be playing on ITV1 at 9 PM. It is an adaptation of Sophie Hannah's Point of Rescue. Olivia plays Detective Sergeant Charlie Zailer.

Part 2 will be shown the following day at the same time.

Olivia:
+ Movie Geeks United will be airing an interview with her on the 17th on Blog Talk Radio
+ The Tribeca Film Blog basically tells you that Olivia Williams deserves to be nominated for an Oscar for her role in the Ghost Writer
+ She's set to go to Echo-2 in Heathrow, England on April 2011
+ She's going to star in ITV1's adaptation of Sophie Hannah's novel 'Point of Rescue' about the death of a mother and her daughter. (it's a mystery novel, I think)
+ She went to the San Sebastian Film Festival to receive an award for the Ghost Writer I have a few more pics of her in various (and recent) outings - which aren't the paparazzi-stalking kind - but I've yet to post them

Reed:
+ He is part of a new (lawyer) show on TNT called Franklin and Bash, which is set to debut on 2011
+ He'll also be lending his voice to Firebreather, an original movie from Cartoon Network, adapted from a comic series of the same name. It'll air on Cartoon Network on Nov. 24 more info + sneak peeks here

I knew that Olivia Williams is in the Ian Dury biopic, but I didn't realize that her name will be with Andy Serkis on the poster and be in the trailer<-- yes, you read that right, she's in the trailer.

Plans for Thanking Cast and Crew

I'm not sure how many people in these parts know about the things being planned over at Whedonesque.org to thank the cast and crew before they strike the sets and everyone parts ways (*sob*), but I thought I'd mention them here for people who don't visit that site and want to participate. We're such a passionate bunch, I thought you'd all want to know.

1. A cake is being sent to the set, and donations are being accepted to help pay for it. Anything left over is being donated to Equality Now. There's a thread discussing it, as well as some polls regarding style and such, here. Pertinent info is in the first post. The cake is being delivered on or about November 27th, however the deadline for donations is December 7th.

2. A card is also being sent with the cake. Signatures are being collected here. You do not have to donate to the cake fund to have your name on the card, having watched the show (and being involved in the fandom like we all are) is all that is required. The deadline for signatures is 11/23 11:59pm (or 12:00a.m. on 11/24) USA Pacific Standard Time (UTC -8). That's today!

3. A bindery book of thanks. If you'd like to create a page to be included in the book, page specs and such are here. It'd be awesome to have a page devoted to our favourite pair. Anyone up for that? Or perhaps already made one? Also, the last page will have a "To Remember" page of pictures, a la Epitaph One. You can submit your picture for that page, and a one line message if you like. Info for submissions is at the same link. The deadline is 11/23 11:59pm (or 12:00a.m. on 11/24) USA Pacific Standard Time (UTC -8). That's today!
